Olga joined the CAP & food team in October 2025 as a Visiting Fellow through The School for Moral Ambition. Her work explores the role of protein diversification in driving a more sustainable and resilient food system, with a focus on evidence-based research and policy impact.
Before joining IEEP, Olga worked across the FMCG, technology, and consultancy sectors, where she partnered with C-suite leaders to define and implement strategic initiatives for large organisations. She holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics and Consulting from the University of Strathclyde.
A native speaker of Norwegian and Polish, Olga is also an enthusiastic learner of Spanish.
