The CAP Health Check proposals and the EU Budget Review are the focus of a paper written by IEEP for the German Marshall Fund. This informed discussions at a ‘CAP Retreat’, held in Brussels on the 3rd – 4th October, with participants from the US and Europe. Options for future CAP reform were explored.
