This report summarises the results of a meeting of environmental experts and MEPs at the European Parliament in Brussels on 28 June 2007 to discuss recent scientific findings on the possible impacts of climate change and the need for more stringent emission reduction measures. The report details presentations from two panels of environmental experts chaired by Jason Anderson of the Institute for European Environmental Policy (IEEP) and Andreas Kraemer of Ecologic and the debate that followed.
