Marianna joined IEEP in November 2024 as the Events and Networks Officer in the Networks and Governance team. She manages the organisation of all IEEP events, including the Think2030 conference and its multiple side events, as well as supports the activities and partnerships around the Think2030 platform. She also provides support to the thematic teams with meetings and travel coordination.

Prior to joining IEEP, Marianna worked for five and a half years at the EU advocacy office of the Open Society Foundations in Brussels, managing all policy events and the EU policy-focused social media account of the organisation. She is experienced in coordinating high-level public events of all sizes and formats, project management, and stakeholder outreach.

Marianna holds a BA in International and European Studies from the University of Piraeus in Athens, Greece. She is a native Greek speaker, fluent in English, and also speaks French.
