This webinar will explain how our EU and UKRI co-funded research is empowering local communities in Southern Europe and Northern Africa to combat desertification.

IEEP is excited to be part of this transdisciplinary consortium of universities, research institutes, think tanks, and SMEs from eleven countries. As co-leaders of the project’s policy activities, IEEP will develop and assess policy solutions for preventing and combatting desertification at local, regional, national, and European scales.
