Carla de Cristofaro joined IEEP in August 2025 as part of the Strategic partnership team, contributing to the Think Sustainable Europe (TSE) network and its initiatives.

Before joining IEEP, she worked at the Philanthropy Europe Association (Philea) in Brussels, where she coordinated events logistics and managed the carbon footprint of the organisation’s activities.

She holds Master’s degree in Cultural Mediation and in Area and Global Studies for International Cooperation, both completed in Italy. Carla is fluent in Italian, English, and Spanish, and has a good knowledge of French and Russian.
