Carla joined IEEP in August 2025 as part of the Strategic Team, contributing to the Think Sustainable Europe (TSE) network and its initiatives.
Before joining IEEP, she worked at the Philanthropy Europe Association in Brussels, where she coordinated logistics and managed the carbon footprint of the organization’s activities.

She holds Master’s degrees in Cultural Mediation and in Area and Global Studies for International Cooperation, both completed in Italy. Carla is fluent in Italian, English, and Spanish, and has a good knowledge of French and Russian.
