Fruzsina joined IEEP’s Operations Team in April 2021. She is responsible for project administration, budgeting and financial reporting for EU-funded projects and grants funded by the European Commission (H2020), other EU bodies, NGOs and private organisations. She has a Bachelor in French and English languages and a Master’s in International Relations. She majored in Economic Diplomacy from the Budapest Business School, with an Erasmus semester in Paris studying International Business Management. She has a 9 years experience in project administration, project management, finance, accounting, budgeting, and reporting. Before joining IEEP, she worked for various consultancy companies in Budapest and in Brussels, working on the administration, coordination, and financial management of EU-projects funded by DG EAC, DG EMPL, DG DEVCO, DG ENV, DG ENER, DG REGIO and EASME. Between 2015 and 2017, she was Office Manager at the European Olympic Committees (EOC) EU Office where was responsible for administration, finances, project administration and event organisation for a non-profit organisation working closely with the Sport Unit of DG EAC. Fruzsina is a Hungarian mother tongue, fluent in English and in French, with intermediate Spanish and German skills.
