Laure-Lou Tremblay

Policy Analyst

Laure-Lou Tremblay joined IEEP in 2022. Her area of expertise lies at the intersection between climate and biodiversity policies. She works on adaptation and mitigation in the land use sector, with a specific focus on forest and carbon farming. She also developed expertise on EU biodiversity policy, working on nature-based solutions, pollinator conservation and nature restoration.

 

She previously worked as a trainee and policy assistant at the EU Commission’s DG Environment, focusing on biodiversity topics. Before that, she assisted the implementation of EU biodiversity projects for Adelphi consult in Berlin.

 

Laure-Lou holds an MS in Environmental policy from Sciences Po Paris and an MSc in Environmental Science from Sorbonne Sciences University. She is fluent in English and French and has a good level of German.
