Thorfinn Stainforth
Senior Policy Analyst, Climate and Circular Economy
Thorfinn has been a Policy Analyst at IEEP since 2018. He is a member of the Climate and Circular Economy Team and focuses on climate policy. Previously he worked for six years in DG Climate Action of the European Commission in the International & Inter-Institutional Relations Unit. He studied sustainable urban development at University College London, earning an MSc in Transport & City Planning from the Bartlett School of Planning. Previously he earned an MA in European Studies at the University of British Columbia (Canada). He is based in Brussels.
