Tijana Tufek
People and Operations Director
Tijana joined IEEP in September 2021. In her role as Director of People and Operations, she is part of the Executive Management Team and has oversight of the HR and finance-administrative side of the organisation. She has more than a decade of working experience in both profit and non-profit sectors, working across various European jurisdictions. Her expertise is in structural change, human capital projects and organisational management. Graduated with a Masters in Diplomacy, she is fluent in English, Croatian and Italian.
