The Institute for European Environmental Policy (IEEP) is organising an event on 18 March in Brussels dedicated to potential environmental, socio-economic and health impacts from European protein diversification. Speakers, panelists and attendees will explore questions around the role of European farmers in protein diversification pathways, including the potential of sustainable farming practices and innovative breakthroughs to build a competitive and sustainable European protein landscape.
This event will have two keynote speakers from the European Commission, an upcoming IEEP report presentation and a panel exploring different perspectives on empowering farmers to drive and benefit from European protein diversification, with representation from farmers, the food industry, European policy makers and science.
Given the limited number of seats, we will confirm your registration as soon as possible.
