Science4Policy briefings

IEEP organises a series of briefings on the key European environmental policies.

With these events, IEEP offers a space for MEPs, assistants, and advisors to gain knowledge of the latest environmental topics relevant to the work of the European Parliament, as well as gathering input from other key stakeholders participating in the discussion.

Who can benefit from attending these events?

Members of the European Parliament

European Parliament Advisors

Accredited Parliamentary Assistants

Given our reputation as a neutral, evidence-based organisation and as a source of credible and policy analysis, we provide MEPs with timely updates on the EU’s legislation and ready-to-use policy recommendations on the main environmental and political debates.

The briefings are held at the European Parliament and are hosted by one or two MEPs. Each briefing revolves around a single theme, with opportunities for questions and discussion.
